West Side Soccer League is run entirely by volunteers, and no child is turned away for inability to pay: each year more than 600 children play on reduced fees through our financial aid program. Donations pay for that aid, for field permits and equipment, and for coach and referee training. Thank you for supporting soccer on the West Side.

Give by credit card through our registration system: Donate online. You do not need an inLeague account to donate.

Make your check payable to West Side Soccer League and mail it to:

Please include your email address with the check so we can send you a receipt.

Workplace giving and matching gifts

Many employers match charitable gifts or run workplace giving programs (Benevity, YourCause, Bright Funds and others). WSSL is Region 611 of the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO), a 501(c)(3) non-profit, so gifts can usually be directed to AYSO with WSSL named as the beneficiary.

  • In your workplace giving platform, search for American Youth Soccer Organization and designate Region 611 – West Side Soccer League.
  • If the platform asks for a tax ID, use AYSO’s: 95-6205398.
  • Email the confirmation to commissioner@wssl.org so we can make sure the gift reaches WSSL and send you a thank-you.

Tax deductibility

As a region of AYSO, WSSL does not have its own tax ID; AYSO is a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and donations to WSSL are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. See the Contact page for details.
